The club’s annual Christmas Party was held on December 15th, and despite a snow-covered parking lot, members turned out in great spirits for a festive and well-attended evening.
The holiday meal featured delicious chicken from Cracker Barrel—one of our valued Ohio Valley Woodcarvers Expo sponsors—alongside a generous spread of homemade side dishes and desserts prepared by our talented members. The result was a true potluck feast that had something for everyone.
The festivities started with a White Elephant gift exchange, officiated by club president Robin Hahn, adding surprises, good-natured competition, and plenty of humor to the night.
Entertainment for the evening was provided by the ever-spirited Candy Lytle, who delighted the crowd in full Santa Claus attire. Santa made the rounds, outfitting various members with her Grinch’s hat and leading a lively game that eventually involved nearly everyone in the room. Laughter echoed throughout as the fun unfolded.
All in all, it was an evening filled with laughter, friendship, and holiday cheer—a perfect way to celebrate the season together. Many thanks to everyone who helped make the night such a success!
