About our Club

Mission Statement

The mission of the River Valley Wood Carvers’ Club is to promote, teach and practice the art of wood carving and wood burning. 

Club membership is open to anyone interested in wood carving or wood burning. Founded in 1999, our club covers the areas of southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky in the Greater Cincinnati area..

Schedule & Location

Our Club meets (3) Times a month:

1st Monday of each Month (6 pm to 8 pm)

3rd Monday of each Month (6 pm to 8 pm)

4th Saturday of Each Month (9:00 am till 3:00 pm)

John is our current President. John was elected President in January of 2022. John has been re-elected for 2024 and serving his 3rd Term, preceding Jim Provins who served 4 terms as President.

Vice President

Robin is our current Vice President. Re-Elected by the club for the year 2024. Serving his 2nd Term. Preceding former VP Rick Baker who served 1 Term

Candy Lytle

Secretary

Candy is our Secretary and was re-elected in January of 2024. Candy has long standing service to RVWC and also manages our social media accounts.
